Dentist Muzaffer Değirmen was born in 1999 in Mersin. He completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin. He graduated from Yahya Akel Science High School in 2017 and successfully completed his studies at Mersin University Faculty of Dentistry in 2023.

After graduation, he worked part-time in a private clinic while continuing his academic and clinical development. As of May 2025, he has been providing services at the Private Gürses Dental Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, Kayseri branch.
